Concluding remarks

The aim of our research was to study simple eco-grammar systems and to answer questions raised within the framework of grammar systems theory. Since eco-grammar system models are intended to formalise notions of emergent computation and features of living systems, by better understanding these models we hope to understand those notions and features as well.

Our work on the role of the parameters in team derivation modes helps us to perceive the important parts of the model. By proving that several variants of simple eco-grammar systems are computationally complete tools, on the one hand powerful, simple models are proposed for possible applications, while on the other hand the ways of future research is appointed, by closing several directions.
